Shipping Policy

At RAVE.pk, we aim to deliver your order quickly, securely, and hassle-free across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, launches, or promotional campaigns, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan:

  • Karachi: 2-3 Business Days
  • Major Cities: 3-5 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 3–6 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available during promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID
  • Courier details
  • Tracking link via SMS or Email (where applicable)

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across most serviceable locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • Customer is unavailable
  • Incorrect address is provided
  • Phone number is unreachable

the courier may attempt redelivery or return the parcel to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

Address Changes

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged Package

If your parcel appears damaged:

  1. Record an unboxing video before opening.
  2. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Share:
    • Order Number
    • Photos
    • Unboxing video

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not qualify for replacement.

Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, RAVE.pk is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier operational issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions

International Shipping

Currently, RAVE.pk ships only within Pakistan.

International shipping will be introduced soon.
