What is RAVE?

RAVE is an audio electronics startup with the vision of providing stylish and high quality audio-wear for an improved and comfortable audio experience. We aim to innovate the audio electronics market in Pakistan by introducing ultra modern truly wireless audio listening devices equipped with advanced technology suitable for everyone’s needs.

Where can I buy your products?

It is recommended to buy our products directly from our website. However, you can find our products on our store at Daraz.pk

Can I return a product?

We do not accept any returns for refund purposes. We only offer replacements for various cases such as warranty claims, receiving damaged products etc.

How do I cancel or change my order?

You can always cancel your order for any reason as long as it is not shipped. To cancel your order, simply go to your orders and cancel it from there.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery & bank transfers only. We are working on setting up credit/debit cards and other digital wallets for our customers to pay for their orders digitally. 

When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within 24-72 hours (1-3 working days) after it has been shipped from our side. Please note there can be exceptional cases such as protests, public holidays or natural disasters.

Why was my order cancelled?

One of the main reasons of order cancellation is not confirming your order. We seek confirmation from our customer before shipping the order, so make sure to keep an eye on your WhatsApp or phone calls! 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Normally, the processing takes a few hours and then called for the logistics. The maximum time to ship your order is 24 hours (excluding exceptional cases such as holidays, instable road or weather conditions etc).

What is the delivery time?

The delivery of your order at your doorstep is normally completed within 24-72 hours after placing the order. In rare cases, it can take upto 7 days. 

Why is the delivery free?

To ensure a hassle free process for purchasing our products, we provide free shipping services to our customers when they order directly from us. 

Which courier company do you use?

We are partnered with multiple courier services and we choose the service depending on customer’s city.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with all the tracking details. You can track your order through following methods:

Where are RAVE’s products manufactured?

Our products are designed & manufactured in Guangzhou, China under a professional and efficient team which consists of 20+ engineers.

How do I use my wireless earbuds?

A complete manual guide is present inside the product’s box that has each and every detail mentioned regarding the usage and operation of the product. 

Why isn’t one of my earbuds connecting?
