OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY ALLOWS OUR CUSTOMERS TO RETURN AND REPLACE A PRODUCT IN FOLLOWING CASES ONLY:
- The customer received a damaged/broken/faulty product.
- The customer received a wrong product.
Return & Replacement Policy:
We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from our website. If you need to replace a product, please keep the following in mind:
- The customer can request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- It is recommended to create a clear video of opening the package and unboxing the product in case of returning a damaged product.
- The customer has to contact us with the return request.
- RAVE will arrange a free pickup from the customer’s address for returns.
- The replacement unit will be delivered to the customer at no additional cost.
- To be eligible for the exchange, the product must be unused and the box must not be damaged.
- If the customer receives a product that does not match the specifications or is not as shown on the website, please make sure to contact our team within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- In addition to the product, all supporting documentation such as the invoice of purchase, price tags, labels, warranty card, and all accessories that were included at the time of delivery must be dispatched with the product.
Please note that the following circumstances do not qualify for a replacement:
- If the customer is dissatisfied with the looks or sound quality of a product that is free of defects.
- If any physical damage is not reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If the product has been damaged as a result of an electrical surge or any other damage caused by the user.
- If a customer fails to provide video proof of the damaged product or records the video after unboxing the product, they will not be eligible for a replacement.
Please acknowledge that that we do not offer returns or refunds. The customers may “only” get a replacement of the product within 3 days of delivery after initiating a replacement request.
